A New Knowledge Base For Our Workspaces Product

We want all our customers to be able to make the most out of Nexudus, and to do that we need to give you all the tools and information you could possibly need.

Last year, we released the Nexudus Workplaces product, and we are thrilled that we are now able to offer those customers using Workplaces a dedicated Knowledge Base with a complete repository of helpful guides that will help you navigate the platform and troubleshoot any problems you might come across. 

Accessing the Knowledge Base

Accessing the Workplaces couldn't be easier. 

You can either head over to the Workplaces specific Knowledge Base here: https://help.nexudus.com/workplaces#

Alternatively, you can access it by simply heading to https://help.nexudus.com/v3/en and selecting Workplaces from drop down menu from the navigation bar in the top right corner of the page.

What does the Workplaces Knowledge Base give you?

For new customers or those of you who haven't yet explored the Nexudus Knowledge Base, let’s run through exactly what is there and how you can navigate it.

If you have a specific topic you wish to read about, you can search for it using the search bar in the top right corner of the page. As you start typing, you will be shown a number of options to select where your search terms appear in the Knowledge Base. Clicking one of these options will take you to the relevant page. 

You will also see the complete list of contents on the left-hand side of the page. Each of the topics listed there can be expanded to reveal a number of related topics.

Every category of the knowledge base includes two types of articles to answer your questions and help you make the most of our platform.

Introductions

Just look up a concept or Nexudus term to find its introduction article. Introductions help you understand what a feature or concept is and how it works.

For example:

  • Add-ons

  • User groups

  • Resources

Tutorials

Tutorial articles are designed to help you work with the different features of the platform. Just look up what you want to do and a feature to find the relevant article.

For example:

  • Adding passes

  • Editing users

  • Deleting add-ons

We are really excited to be able to offer Workplaces customers a dedicated repository of all the resources they need to undertake every task you need in the Nexudus platform.

The Knowledge Base is a living, breathing entity, which is regularly updated to reflect all the changes and innovations that come to the Nexudus Platform. As such, you will always be up to date with the latest developments.
