Tick, tock, ticketing in your coworking space
Not so long ago, we talked about organising events in coworking spaces, and ticketing is a very important aspect to make sure they go smoothly . At Nexudus Spaces, we've made it our mission to implement tools that make the day-to-day running of your spaces easier, either by adding useful features or integrating external services. And all from one single Control Panel.
We promised Nexuders that they would be able to manage ticket sales on Nexudus Spaces some time ago and we proudly launched the ticketing feature a few weeks ago. You've been asking us a lot of questions about it since. In this post, we would like to give some more details about the system, which will certainly help you organise events in your spaces:
- Manage events from one single Control Panel: With Nexudus Spaces, you can sync events with platforms like Google Calendar, which has recently been updated to have two-way syncing. The platform can also link the event to a resource (i.e. a room) in your space, so that said resource can't be reserved at the time of the event. Before, you could add a link to other websites like Eventbrite, Meetup, etc. Now you don't need to battle against other services: you can create and offer tickets from your space's Nexudus Spaces's website.
- Add special conditions: It's normal that you'd like to give your coworkers more attractive prices or apply several price ranges for other participants. With Nexudus Spaces you can create as many ticket types as you want, link them to a defined price plan and set a maximum number of tickets for each type.
- Online payment and delivery: Once the tickets have been purchased, users can pay online using one of the payment gateways that you've set up on your Nexudus Spaces account. Then the ticket is sent to the address used to make the purchase.
- Attendance monitoring: Another great advantage of integrating this system in Nexudus Spaces is that you can centralise the database with event participants. On the day of the event you can check-in the participant and monitor their attendance.
