Nexudus Passport Network
We are thrilled to announce that Nexudus Passport Network is now available to all locations using Nexudus Spaces. The Nexudus Passport Network spans across all continents and has now more than 700 workspaces and more than 10.000 members. During the last year, we have been running in Beta with a selection of locations, collecting feedback and tweaking things. But of course this is not over, we need you all now to provide even more feedback and help us make the Network better in every way.
Today we flicked the switch and anyone with a Nexudus Spaces account can benefit from all the Network features.
The Nexudus Passport Network makes 3 things happen:
- Lets any member in the Network provide their contact, billing, payment and profile information to any other space in the network with a single click, by touching the card upon arrival to a new location or using a single set of login credentials.
- Lets those locations which wish to do so, accept hot-desk and walk-ins users. By touching the card or providing their Passport Number, members transfer all their details to the new location, saving invaluable time to the management team in the new location and keeping that data accurate and consistent across locations.
- Lets members control at all times which information they want to provide to each space independently. For each location, members can provide a different set of details if they want to, such as a different profile, billing or even a different set of payment details.
The Passport Network is based around the Nexudus Spaces ecosystem, which means all locations offer their services to members through a common set of tools and members are familiar with how to use those services across all locations.
The Passport Network is free for both locations and members. The aim of the Network is to make as simple as possible for users to move around locations in the Network while keeping control of their data and who has access to it.
We have worked with more than 70 payment providers world-wide to ensure that paying for services offered in each location is a simple as possible. We don’t want to force locations to use a specific payment provider, charge locations a percentage of their revenue or even see that revenue in our bank account. This means that each location can use their payment provider of choice but it doesn’t mean members have to type their payment details in each location. Nexudus Passport carries that information across locations and ensures the payment details are used correctly in each location based on the payment provider used locally. Most importantly, it means all the revenue goes directly to the bank account of each location, always! We don’t touch or charge a percentage transaction fee, ever!
The Nexudus Passport Network is a conglomerate of independent workspaces. We don’t dictate how locations charge members, which services they offer or their community profiles - if they have one at all -. All they share is a common set of management tools, which make life easier for both the management team at each location as well as for the users of their services. This means end users get the advantages of a franchise model as well as access to a range of different work environments and communities.
If you are already a Nexudus Spaces user, please help us grow this network by asking members in your space to get their Nexudus Passport by going to https://spaces.nexudus.com/login/passportrequest, it takes just a few seconds.
