The Best Coworking Events in 2025: Must-Attend Gatherings for Professionals

Managing coworking spaces is an all-encompassing role, often leaving operators, owners, and community managers with little time to focus on personal growth or draw inspiration from others. Fortunately, each year, several coworking events are organised across the globe, giving coworking and community builders a much-needed break from daily responsibilities, a chance to exchange ideas with like-minded people and experience incredible coworking spaces. Here’s a guide to the best coworking events for 2025.

Workspace Design Show, London, UK | 26th & 27th February

An event dedicated to office design, the Workspace Design Show is a fantastic opportunity to explore a wide range of design solutions to reimagine your coworking space, from access management systems to creative workstation ideas – such as nooks, pods, and acoustic materials. For community builders specifically, the London Coworking Assembly workshops at the Workspace Design Show (hosted by Bernie Mitchell) provide unparalleled ways to meet coworking operators and learn more about the power of community building.

Coworking Alliance Summit (Online) | 12th March, 5-8 pm GMT

Led by coworking mavens, Ashley Proctor and Hector Kolonas, the annual Coworking Alliance Summit is a three-hour interactive online event bringing together global coworking alliances, community leaders, industry experts, and collaborative organisations to strengthen the bond across the coworking movement, share learnings, and work towards future goals. Nexudus is proudly sponsoring this year’s Coworking Alliance Summit.

COWORK 2025, Berlin, Germany | 28-30th March

Suitable for all German-speaking coworking operators and enthusiasts, the annual COWORK event celebrates togetherness and connection in coworking – two core values of the movement. Last year’s conference in the regional town of Karlsruhe explored future work skills, the state of the German coworking market, and the corporate adoption of flexible workspaces. Bringing COWORK 2025 to the German capital will likely explore similar topics.

GCUC Boston, US | 7-10th April

Hosted at The Track at New Balance venue, this year’s GCUC Boston promises to be an unforgettable three-day event for the coworking and flexible workspace sector. Attendees can choose Strategic or Tactical as a focus area to attend talks, panels, and roundtable discussions on the first two days. Designing the final day around choosing an adventure, GCUC has organised some fantastic talks and tours at several workspaces across the city. There’s always a party too, so if you’re attending, be prepared for a fun and full-on few days! Make sure to connect with Nexudus Regional Sales Manager (North America), Stephen Wood, while you visit Boston.

FlexSA, London, UK | 13th May

A day of networking and insights is set for May when the Flexible Space Association brings together the coworking and flex industry for its annual conference. It’s an event open for all, whether you operate a space or supply the industry with a product or service. Later in the year, FlexSA will host an awards dinner, congratulating the best coworking spaces in categories such as best workspace design and customer service.

Coworking Spain Conference, Madrid, Spain | 27-28th May

Organised by Nexudus’ very own content writer, Marc Navarro, the Coworking Spain Conference brings the entire coworking and flexible workspace community together in Spain. Sponsored by Nexudus, the 2025 programme promises to be an insightful two days of learning and education, on topics such as the state of the Spanish coworking market, coworking megatrends, and a spotlight on workspaces including The Aticco Hubs and The Terminal Hub. The second day also comprises an award ceremony, covering awards for coworking excellence and the best speaker at the event.

Coworking Spain Conference

Coworking Europe, Berlin, Germany | 19-20th November

Last year’s Coworking Europe was a fun and snowy affair hosted in Bulgaria’s capital city, Sofia. Driving the coworking conversation forward into 2025, Coworking Europe returns, this time in Berlin. The day before the conference begins, a bike tour of the city’s most exceptional coworking spaces is typically hosted by Nexudus partner, SALTO Systems, and workspace operator, Coworking Bansko. The two days following will explore key topics in coworking, led by expert speakers, operators, and industry thought leaders.

GCUC UK | Date TBD

Last year’s GCUC UK events were hosted in Manchester, and London, and proved incredible learning experiences and fun among the coworking community. We attended a host of thought-provoking panels on topics from ‘People are your competitive edge’ to ‘Evolving needs of flex space occupiers.’ We’re eagerly awaiting the announcement for this year’s GCUC UK conferences, and whether we’ll have a good excuse to travel to another UK city! In the meantime, programme director, Emilie Lashmar, is hosting a Women in Flex event in celebration of International Women’s Day on Thursday 6th March in London, featuring an impressive lineup of speakers.
