Make the most of Nexudus by enrolling in the Nexudus Academy
Here at Nexudus, we want our users to make the most of all the fantastic tools and features the platform has to offer. We know that all the different functions can be a lot to take in, which is why we have created the Nexudus Academy, a learning platform that will give you all the skills you need to become a Nexudus Expert! These courses have been put together lovingly by our amazing Training Team, so you can be sure they will provide you with all the knowledge you could possibly need.
We understand that not every member of your staff will need a complete knowledge of the entire platform. This is why the Nexudus Academy offers six different training courses, designed to suit the needs of specific members of your team depending on their role. Each course comes in a self-learning version and a coached version that includes a certain number of call hours with a dedicated Coach from our Training Team.
The available courses are:
Full Administrator
This course will give you access to all of our other courses and will give you everything you need to become an expert on all aspects of Nexudus.
The coached version of this course includes a two-hour coaching call with a Nexudus Support Expert.
CRM Expert
This course covers all aspects of the Nexudus CRM including CRM Boards, Proposals, E-Signatures, Reminders and Messages.
Community Manager
This course covers all aspects of the Nexudus CRM including CRM Boards, Proposals, E-Signatures, Reminders and Messages.
Finance Expert
In this course, you’ll learn all about Finance and Reporting in Nexudus. You’ll look at Contracts, Invoicing and Reporting.
Front Desk Manager
This course will give you an overview of how to manage Members, their bookings and how to check customers in. You'll also learn how to manage Deliveries and any Help Desk Queries from your Members.
Operations Manager
This course will give you everything you need to become an expert on all things related to the day-to-day management of a Nexudus account. You’ll cover managing your Members and Bookings while also touching on some Finance and other aspects.

That’s why we recommend the coached version of the courses, as it will allow you to be even more directed in your learning and supported by an expert through your learning experience.
It won’t be a surprise to you that we are constantly updating and improving the Nexudus Platform. This means that even experienced users might not have the most up-to-date knowledge on what the platform can do. These courses will be regularly updated to reflect the very latest changes and updates, meaning you can rest assured the information you’re receiving is relevant and actionable.
